Four films with four different Italian directors. "Renzo e Luciana" is the story of young love and politics in the big city. "Le Tentazioni del dottor Antonio" is the story of an aging prude unsettled by the image of a busty model in a milk advertisement. In "Il Lavor" a trophy wife endures her husband's infidelities. In "La Riffa" a beautiful woman is raffled off at a small town fair.
